Smith was retained in 2002 as the General Manager of Operations and Services.

Facilities Management firm servicing clients in the greater Kansas City area - Missouri and Kansas. The principals of ICG have over 50 years of management experience in
facilities personnel, operations, maintenance, suppliers-management and automation.

Joe started at United Missouri Bank of Kansas City, Missouri
and was there for over 27 years. Joe held various operational management positions, culminating with his advancement to Advisory Director. In 1993 Joe joined Investor Fiduciary Trust Company in Kansas City. |

In 1995 Joe co-founded a highly successful
technology integration company; CompuNet L.L.C., specializing in LAN (Local Area) and WAN (Wide Area) networking. CompuNet was sold to Gold Banc Corporation in 1999. Joe spent three (3) years at Gold helping them expand from Missouri and Kansas , to include locations in Oklahoma and Florida.
Gold's assets grew from just over $350 million to over $3 billion during
his tenure. |
