ICG, Inc. was founded by Rasool M. Ahmed in 2001. Mr. Ahmed is the current owner and operator. ICG, Inc. is a certified Minority / DBE Facilities Management company, servicing clients in Missouri and eastern Kansas. ICG’s reputation has grown steadily since its establishment, and along with its management expertise: is known for its people, products and service operations.

Rasool M. Ahmed
President / Owner and Director of Sales

Mr. Ahmed founded ICG, Inc. in April 2001. He has grown the company’s client base, employees and revenue over the past 8 years.

Prior to founding ICG, Inc., Rasool was a senior sales manager with IBM for over 21 years. He has a proven track record of providing dynamic leadership to large geographic sales organizations. His industry expertise ranges from: Distribution, Construction, Insurance and Financial Services. His specific expertise is selling and implementing business applications that streamline operations profitably.

He has sold and implemented software projects in core business applications, data-warehousing, business intelligence, and business analytics. Rasool has attended many IBM executive and management training sessions.

Rasool earned a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of CT. in 1977, while lettering in Football. He also earned an Executive MBA from Rockhurst University in 1997.

Joseph F. Smith
Advisory Board

Joseph Smith began his career at United Missouri Bank of Kansas City, Missouri where he rose through the ranks over twenty-seven (27) years. Joe held various operational management positions, culminating with his advancement to EVP and Advisory Director of the bank. In 1993 Joe joined Investor Fiduciary Trust Company in Kansas City, as EVP and COO. In 1995 Joe co-founded a highly successful technology integration company, CompuNet L.L.C., specializing in LAN (Local Area) and WAN (Wide Area) networking. CompuNet L.L.C. was sold to Gold Banc Corporation in 1999. Joe spent three (3) years at Gold helping the bank expand from Missouri and Kansas, to include locations in Oklahoma and Florida. The company’s assets grew from just over $350 million to over $3 billion during this time. Joe joined International Consulting Group as EVP of Business Operations in July of 2002.


George B. Clarke
Advisory Board

George B. Clarke joined Clarke House and Window Cleaning in New Haven, Conn in 1950. His father, Leo G. Clarke, founded Clarke’s in 1918. George assumed the role of CEO and President upon his father’s death in 1973. During George’s tenure at Clarke’s, he helped grow the company and tripled sales. He also convinced his father to incorporate the company in 1964. Clarke House and Window Cleaning Company services large and small companies and institutions throughout the state of Connecticut. Their client list includes Yale University, the City of New Haven, the Housing Authority, and many large and small companies. Clarke’s has employed hundreds of individuals in the inner city and urban core. George B. Clarke has served on many boards and commissions during his active years with Clarke’s. He is still involved with many philanthropic organizations in the inner city today.
